Luuwik-Initiated Returns:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged goods), Luuwik will cover the return shipping fee.

Return and Refund Process

Initiate a Return:

  1. Returns and refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

  3. Provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund request.

Review and Approval:

  1. We will review your request and notify you via email if it is approved.
  2. Only purchases made on Luuwik.com are eligible for return or refund. For purchases made on other websites, please contact the seller directly.

Return Conditions:

  1. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, along with the receipt.
  2. Special deal products cannot be returned.
  3. We are not responsible for the shipping charges of returns for personal reasons.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

    • Keep all original packaging.

    • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, a picture of the damaged package or product, and your correct shipping address.
  3. Replacement:

    • We will arrange a replacement for the damaged item at no cost to you.
    • If the damage is caused by the customer, additional fees may apply for the replacement.

Refund Process

Refund Timeline:

  2. Refunds will be returned to the bank account via the original method of payment within 7-15 days of approval.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Modify or Cancel Order:

  1. To modify or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
